Profile

Studio

zhakura is a small studio working at the intersection of digital craft and AI-native production.

We build platforms, make pictures, and think through the harder questions of digital transformation alongside the people doing it. The work is varied; the sensibility is not.

The name folds three things together — the Japanese sakura, the founder’s surname akarsu, and ZH for Zürich. A cherry tree, a signature, a place. It is a useful reminder that good work is made of small, deliberate parts.

We keep the team deliberately small and the tooling deliberately sharp, so that taste — not headcount — sets the ceiling on what we ship.

How we work

  1. 01

    Listen

We start by understanding the work and the people doing it.

  2. 02

    Shape

We make the smallest thing that proves the idea, then sharpen it.

  3. 03

    Ship

We deliver, measure, and stay long enough to see it hold.
